ROUTES through NAVARRE ???? CANALETA DE ARBAYÚN ☠️ EXTREME Hiking❗️- CONFINED in NAVARRE #1️⃣3️⃣ In today's video we visit the Romanzado Valley, in the Navarrese Pre-Pyrenees. Here we find the spectacular Foz de Arbayún, a huge and deep gorge that the Salazar River has been carving into the rock over thousands of years. The word FOZ is inherited from the Navarrese romance, a language that became extinct when the Modern Age entered, and which means sickle, gorge or canyon. The most common place to enjoy this place is from the Mirador de Iso, from where we can admire its imposing vertical walls of up to 400 meters of unevenness that along almost 6 km are the perfect home for hundreds of vultures. But today we will not be satisfied with seeing the gorge from the viewpoint, today we want to delve into its bowels and discover the secrets it holds within, through a vertiginous route parallel to the channel that carries water from the heart of the gorge to the town of Lumbier.
