Roda Viva welcomes singer, actor and host of the program Sr. Brasil, Rolando Boldrin, to talk about his life, artistic work and Brazilian music, among other subjects. Born in 1936 in São Joaquim da Barra, in the interior of São Paulo, he came to the capital of São Paulo when he was still a boy, at the age of 16, bringing with him a wealth of different experiences. Boldrin continued his talent as a singer, composer and host. He has worked for many networks, and since 2005 has maintained Sr. Brasil on TV Cultura, giving space to regional rhythms, themes, artists and cultures. At the same time, he has a concert schedule throughout Brazil. His entire career is told in the biography “A História de Rolando Boldrin – Sr. Brasil”, written by journalists Willian Corrêa and Ricardo Taira, to be released one day after Boldrin’s interview on Roda Viva. The interview panel includes Mônica Salmaso, singer; Nilton Travesso, TV director; Fulvio Stefanini, actor; Walther Negrão, soap opera author; José Nêumanne, editorialist for the newspaper O Estado de S.
