Olivier Lenoir is a police commissioner. The relationship he lives with Suzanne seems to be animated by the deepest love, however, the commissioner is consumed by jealousy. Olivier's jealousy is so strong he still hires a private detective to follow Suzanne to see if she's dating other men or not. Although the detective assures him that he has nothing to fear, the commissioner is not convinced that things are going well... That very day a blackmailer appears who has compromising information about Suzanne's not so rosy past. To save his wife and get rid of the blackmailer, Commissioner Olivier organizes a "perfect murder". But not everything goes according to plan... Comedic situations mix with suspense, and at the end we witness a reversal of the situation.
