Rafael Hernández Espín, “Fayo”, is the bassist and vocalist of “Riesgo de Contagio”, a rock band that emerged in 1991 in that old Federal District. Fayo, along with his younger brother Alejandro “El gordo”, dream of being part of rock made in Mexico and from that moment, without knowing it, they began a long career as one of the groups that came to break with the classic commercial rock of the 90s. From their first album: “Un domingo familiar”, they showed that they came with a thunderous, dirty, different sound. Thanks to that and being persistent, they are about to celebrate their XXXIII anniversary with the release of 3 albums with 33 songs with more than 90 guest musicians, in addition to a tour to make it clear that it was worth the risk and that as long as they can, they will continue to infect everyone who likes real rock.
