Nothing against cupboard cakes, I make them too, but the ricotta cake has this extra edge, if you then also make it with chocolate, fantastic. Ingredients 4 eggs 180 g sugar 120 ml seed oil 350 g ricotta 2 tablespoons bitter cocoa 200 g flour 1 baking powder Vanilla flavouring to taste Icing sugar to taste 24 cm baking pan Cooking 180°c 35 min Turn on the oven immediately and butter the cake pan because it is a very quick cake to make. Beat the eggs with the sugar using an electric whisk. They must be frothy and whipped well. Add the vanilla, the oil and mix, the ricotta and mix, with the whisk but not too much eh. Add the cocoa and mix and do the same with the sifted flour together with the baking powder. Pour the mixture into the buttered pan and bake. Easy, right? 180°C for 35 minutes Let it cool and sprinkle with icing sugar. It's delicious, you'll see.
