About :

The KMFS RIVAL set is packed in a plastic case. It contains the collet itself, including the guide rods. Holders for grinding attachments, an angle gauge, an Allen key for tightening the collet. And a basic set of diamond sharpening stones with a grain size of 240, 600 and 1000 grit. The set is manufactured on CNC in one clamping, thanks to which there is minimal clearance. The clamp and other colored parts are made of duralumin alloy ENAW 7075 T651, the surface is hard colored anodized (approx. 70 Hrc). Then there is a stainless steel guide screw, guide rods and screws, a stainless steel angle gauge and bronze guide sleeves, guide screw sleeves and joint nuts. The angle adjustment is identical on both sides by a linked movement of the left or right side. The angle adjustment is precise and thanks to the movement of the joint nut along the guide screw, the effect of the increased bevel at the tip of the knife is partially suppressed. It all seems complicated, but when you watch the video, you will see that it is simple. It contains the pliers themselves including the guide rods. Grinding tool holders, angle gauge, Allen screw for tightening the pliers. And a basic set of diamond grinding wheels with 240, 600 and 1000 grit. The set is CNC manufactured in a single clamping process, so there is minimal backlash. The clamps and other coloured parts are made from ENAW 7075 T651 duralloy, with a hard coloured anodised finish (approx 70 Hrc). Also stainless steel guide bolt, guide rods and bolts, stainless steel angle gauge and bronze guide bushings, guide bolt bushings and knuckle nut. The cool thing is the identical angle adjustment on both sides tied by moving the left or right side. The angle adjustment is precise and the effect of increased faceting at the tip of the knife is partially suppressed due to the movement of the hinge nut on the guide screw.
