Hello, dear YouTube viewers! In this video I am restoring a tube radio from Opta, Model 750 GW from 1949 and installing a (in my opinion) very powerful (HF preamp and ratio detector) FM adapter from SABA. The radio is an all-current device that is FM prepared, although the preparation is limited to the scale print of the FM scale. There are no additional switching contacts on the wave switch. Contents: Power supply construction for the FM adapter Refilling capacitors Installing the FM adapter Notes on operating an all-current device. Note: Operating all-current devices without an isolation transformer poses a safety risk, as the chassis may be under mains voltage.
