I have a degree in Philosophy from the University of São Paulo – USP, I have completed the Hatha Yoga training course at the Institute of Yoga Education and Research - IEPY, also in Ethics from the Palas Athena Association of Brazil and in Philosophy, Culture and Thought in Ancient India and Sanskrit Literature, from FFLCH-USP. In addition, I have a postgraduate degree in emotional management in organizations from Albert Einstein. Today I dedicate myself to teaching raja yoga, meditation and Indian philosophy. I also give lectures, workshops and seminars, in addition to participating in cultural and philosophical trips to India. My work in the field is widely recognized and thanks to meditation I have transformed my life in many ways. Since I was little, I have followed paths related to inner search. Until a certain point, everything I studied was not enough to answer the doubts and dilemmas I had about life and how to overcome suffering.
