In order to return the motor of a VELUX roller shutter or awning to its factory settings, a RESET is required. It may also happen that the END POSITIONS, i.e. the upper and lower points at which the motor automatically stops, have to be adjusted. How this works for VELUX electric and solar roller shutters and VELUX electric and solar awnings is presented in this video.
