On April 4, 2018, an extremely rare guest honored us in Hennigsdorf. Christoph 47 Greifswald of the DRF Air Rescue (MBB/Kawasaki BK 117; D-HAID) headed towards Angermünde after a transfer flight to Berlin to refuel its aircraft at the station of Christoph 64. A short time later, the latter was alerted by the Northeast control center to Hennigsdorf (Oberhavel district) to transfer a patient to the Helios Klinikum Berlin-Buch, as all other helicopters in the vicinity were already in use. Here you can see the landing approach at the Oberhavel Klinik Hennigsdorf and the takeoff towards Berlin. 2 days later, on April 6, 2018, the Christoph 47's main aircraft will be changed from the somewhat older BK-117 to the EC-145.
