Here is shown disassembly of the removed cardan shaft and replacement of the housing (support) of the suspension bearing. I would especially like to draw your attention to disassembly of the spline joint, setting marks and assembly without displacement along the splines. It is important not to mix all this up, otherwise, the factory balancing is violated. And this entails the appearance of vibration transmitted to the body, discomfort during operation, and as a consequence, re-balancing and additional material costs that could have been avoided. The marks at the attachment points to the transfer case and rear-wheel drive clutch should also not be overlooked.
