I repaired a Dyson SV14 (V11) that didn't work at all and the battery LED flashed blue when I pulled the trigger. It didn't even show the remaining battery level. I couldn't charge it either so I disassembled the battery. After that I disassembled the motor part of the main unit and inspected it. I found a chipped IC chip, but the coating on the board got in the way so I couldn't inspect it, so I replaced the part. The motor unit is expensive and the sale of genuine batteries has ended, so maybe I shouldn't try to repair the V11?
