I repaired a Bose Wave Music System that was inoperable due to the PLEASEWAIT message. When I checked the operation, I found a rattling noise coming from the CD mechanism. I checked and replaced the capacitor that was causing the inoperability, and disassembled and repaired the CD mechanism.
