It's been a great year! In the beginning, we didn't know where to pick her up, but we are already entering class. It's wonderful in the countryside, we won't lie! Every tangible thing brings joy and pushes you to do more to make everything wonderful. The house is looking better and better, and we are enjoying working on it. We have accomplished a lot, but there is still more to come. We cleared the yard and removed over 80 cars from the vineyard, which was a real challenge. Vines had grown into the ground, there were self-grown trees everywhere, and lots of trash piled up. Nothing was maintained for 15 years and understandably so. We threw out the furniture and all the junk from the house. We replaced the windows and put screeds everywhere. We mastered a terrace, built, glued fiberglass, putty, plastered, painted and renovated with great pleasure. With the second floor we are ready for furnishing, and on the first floor we are just starting with the flooring. The yard saw the most changes – we took out trees, planted new ones, plowed, milled, dug ditches and sprayed mulch. We are about to lay an irrigation system and spray grass mixture, which will be very interesting because we will be doing it - absolute non-professionals at this. We love that we learn something new every time we tackle the house.
