The thoracic region is one of the most stiff parts, so it is very important to relax it occasionally, for example after sitting in the office. Breathe deeply during all exercises and make sure that the movement is pleasant and that nothing hurts you. I am Kajča and I decided that my biggest hobby would also become my job. So I exercise for myself, for others and it gives me great joy. I focus on power yoga, core training, healthy back, bodyform and more. I have regular lessons and closed courses, during the summer I practice yoga in Lužánky and on the weekends I organize exercise mornings or fitness weekends. Sometimes I also go to companies to train about Fitoffice - compensation for sedentary work or we regularly stretch together for half an hour every week in a meeting room.
