Reichsbahn nostalgia and narrow-gauge romance in Saxony: Loco IVk 99 1564-6 in service with a freight-train on narrow-gauge line between Oschatz and Mügeln in August 1991 in East Germany. At that time there was still regular freight traffic on the line under the control of the Deutsche Reichsbahn. The railway and the surrounding area still presented themselves in a virtually unchanged appearance from the GDR era and had scheduled freight traffic as far as Kemmlitz. In addition to a parallel journey, the connecting service to the coal dealer in Mügeln can also be seen.
