In 2013 there was a flood like no other in 60 years that affected all the communities of Chuquisaca, Potosí and Tarija, bordering the San Juan del Oro River. In this documentary we see how thanks to the joint and timely work of several non-governmental entities, European Cooperation, support institutions, local and national governments and the victims themselves, it was possible to rehabilitate the means of livelihood in that confluence zone in Bolivia.
