Kaiser Wilhelm apples, Clapp's favorite or Amanli's butter pear - in Burgbernheim in Franconia, everything revolves around fruit. Orchard fruit to be precise. 30,000 fruit trees enchant the meadows around the town. And you can do so much more with apples and pears than just eat them. Make juice, for example, bake a cake and if you have patience and a lot of fruit, you can also have a fine brandy distilled.
