Are you from a big city and really enjoy mountain biking? If you don't live near the beautiful mountains and trails that Brazil has in abundance, all you can do is put your bike in your car and go cycling on some of these trails. But to perform well on these occasions, you need to be in shape. For this, it's a good idea to cycle in the city, preferably somewhere safe. There's also the fact that many people can't go to the countryside two or three times a week because of their work routine. The Ciclovia Pinheiros is a great training spot where you can take advantage of several laps alone or in groups. You can use a mountain bike, but the ideal is to use a road bike and join the various groups that frequent the place. But what is the state of the cycle path today? Is it possible to cycle continuously on it? Many works to combat erosion on the banks close off some sections and there is a schedule for each part. Cycling and focusing on your performance, without worrying about cars, traffic lights or even the quality of the road can be a great advantage.
