With the aim of training and guiding everyone regarding the submission of proposals, the Directorate of Transfers and Partnerships of the Union (DTPAR), in partnership with the Ministry of the Environment, will hold, on December 23, from 10 am to 12 pm, a webinar on the launch of the 1st LIR Program on Transferegov.br, presenting guidelines for those interested in submitting proposals. The initiative is part of the Parameterizable Partnerships Track Project, in which the Directorate of Transfers and Partnerships of the Union (DTPAR), of the Secretariat of Management and Innovation (Seges), of the Ministry of Management and Innovation in Public Services (MGI), aims to internalize at least 35 modalities of decentralized execution of public policies. The announcement of the operationalization of the LIR in Transferegov.br marks an important step since the publication of Law No. 14,260/2021, which regulates the Recycling Incentive Law (LIR). The initiative seeks to promote the strengthening of recycling in Brazil, through tax incentives. Its objective is to promote projects that stimulate the circular economy, reduce waste generation and expand the use of recyclable and recycled materials, contributing to sustainability and social inclusion.
