Ready leczo can be put into jars, pasteurized and stored for the winter. On frosty evenings I love opening leczo from a jar, this wonderful smell automatically takes me back to beautiful, sunny days spent in the garden. Zucchini Lecho Recipe: 2 kg of hollowed out zucchini 500g-1kg of good sausage 3-4 peppers 1 large onion 250g of mushrooms 2 cloves of garlic 3 tablespoons of oil 2 cans of tomatoes or 400 ml of tomato passata (or a jar of tomato concentrate) spices: 2 allspice globules 1 bay leaf 2 tablespoons of sweet paprika 0.5-1 tablespoon of pepper salt to taste in the summer season add fresh dill and parsley.
