A very easy recipe to prepare with our Dilusa products, given by our Executive Chef Alejandro Moyano. AMAZING AND DELICIOUS! INGREDIENTS: 1 kg Cooked pork ribs. 1/2 Onion. 4 Garlic cloves. 2 Tomatoes in halves. 1/2 Liter of tomato puree. 4 Dried chipotle chiles. 4 Ancho chiles. 3 Guajillo chiles. 2 Charred tortillas. ½ Teaspoon of allspice or sweet pepper. 1 Pinch of cumin. 3 Cloves. 2 Cups of unsalted peanuts. 1 Cinnamon stick. ½ Liter of the broth where the meat was cooked. 2 Diced alpha potatoes. 2 Tablespoons of oil. Salt to taste. PREPARATION: Cook the ribs separately with a little liquid, and save the broth. Fry garlic and onion, fry the chilies a little, add the rest and cook for 20 minutes, blend well and return to the pot with the ribs and potatoes, cook for 20 more minutes.
