Hello, welcome to my channel! Today we are going to make Donuts mineira, or Donuts with ammoniac salt. It is super light, crunchy and delicious ???? You will need: 3 eggs 1 cup of sugar (240ml) 3 tablespoons of margarine 1 cup of warm milk (until it reaches the right consistency) 3 tablespoons of cream (or sour cream) 1 teaspoon of baking powder 2 tablespoons of ammoniac salt 1 kg of traditional wheat flour.
