The reading of the isolated footing foundation project basically consists of the steel mesh and details of the sections. It is possible to make different cuts to show information with greater richness of detail in the project. In this video I show you the main information for a good reading and interpretation of projects. ???? If you need to learn how to read and interpret a foundation project, the isolated footing is a type of shallow foundation, with the possibility of meeting the needs of most low-rise residences. However, the adoption of this type of foundation is based on the type of soil, which can be carried out based on soil surveys and their load capacity. In addition, the foundation project must contain information such as a legend, which will include which structural element is being detailed, the scale used and show the sections in the representation of the isolated footing. Once these guidelines are well defined, the isolated footing must include the direction of the hooks, the size of the cover, the type of steel, the spacing between the bars and the quantity, for example: 10 N1 with a diameter of 8 mm, a length of 244 cm and a spacing of 19.5 cm. This means that in the indicated section there will be 10 bars, positioned and named as N1, the steel gauge of 8 mm, the bar cut size for bending of 244 cm and the spacing of the bars after bending of 19.5 cm. In this sense, the collar of the shoe can be detailed together with the pillar, which will show the size of the longitudinal and transverse bars, as well as the details of the stirrups. Reading and interpreting the project in 5 minutes must provide a dynamic reading, thus enabling an accurate reading. Good studies! A BIG HUG! Eng° Pedro Rodrigues
