We start with the series that we recorded on a recent visit to the Los Fortines ranch in the mountains of Valparaíso Zacatecas with the pleasant company of the Zacatecan chef Pastor Pérez, there are five videos that show the beauty of this place and how special it has become over time and the hard work of men dedicated to the care of the place as well as the endemic animals especially the turkey and different species of deer; all this without neglecting the species of animals that have been introduced from different regions of America and that have made this mountain their home where they have reproduced favorably. We present this series jointly with the series that we recorded in the mountains of Fresnillo with Chavita, the Zacatecan Hermit, without a doubt both series have their own thing and perfectly show us what is in the mind of each architect who has dedicated his time to natural and wild life.
