On May 12, 2017, the Tokyo Metro 6000 series disappeared from the Odakyu Line. The end of the Showa-era subway trains running on Odakyu came suddenly. Due to Odakyu's update to digital radio, the 6000 series, which was not compatible with digital radio, was withdrawn from service and was operated on the Chiyoda Line and Joban Local Line on weekdays in the morning and evening. I created this PV with my gratitude to the 6000 series, using the footage of the 6000 series I have taken so far. The 16000 series, which succeeds the 6000 series, has a novel design that inherits the spirit of its predecessor, the 6000 series, and will support the history of mutual direct operation with the Odakyu Line in the future. Although the 6000 series will put an end to its activities in Japan, we hope to continue watching it as it will be used in Indonesia. Please note that there are no guest appearances by JNR cars in this PV. Some of the footage and photos provided by Zamatchi.
