Episode 549 - It's time to start the holidays, so Remigiusz Rączka goes out into the open air. He visits the Kłodzko Valley and presents recipes for creative, quick and inexpensive dishes. He prepares potato pancakes with sauerkraut and casseroles in two versions - cheese and krupniok. Ingredients below: Potato pancakes with sauerkraut potatoes – 1.5 kg sauerkraut – 300 g light beer – 100 ml garlic – 2-3 cloves onion – 2 pcs. wheat flour – 2-3 tablespoons eggs – 2 pcs. salt, pepper – to taste oil for frying – 1 cup mushroom sauce: mushrooms – 300 g butter – 50 g onion – 1 pc. heavy cream – 1 cup salt, pepper – to taste Casseroles with krupnioki casserole rolls – 2 pcs. kaszanka (krupnioki) – 4 pcs. tomato passata – 250 ml red onion – 1 pc. butter – 100 g garlic – 3 cloves marjoram – 1 teaspoon smoked paprika – 0.5 teaspoon cumin, chilli – a pinch salt, pepper – to taste lightly salted cucumbers – 4 pcs. grated cheddar – 150 g Cheese casseroles casserole rolls – 2 pcs. tomato passata – 250 ml blue cheese – 150 g gorgonzola cheese – 150 g camembert cheese – 1 pc. grated mozzarella – 150 g broccoli – 1 pc.
