Ingredients below: Japanese-style herring: matjas herring fillets – 4 pcs. mayonnaise – 2 tablespoons canned peas – 150 g canned cucumbers – 3 pcs. onion – 1 pc. hard-boiled eggs – 4 pcs. hammered pepper – to taste black cumin – a pinch Italian-style: matjas herring fillets – 4 pcs. red onion – 1 pc. dried tomatoes – 4 pcs. rocket – a handful Cheese soup 4 types of cheese, e.g.: processed cheese – 300 g cheddar cheese – 200 g cheese with green mold – 300 g parmesan – 50 g butter – 0.5 cube broth – 1.5-2 l dry white wine – 1 cup onion – 1 pc. turmeric, curry – a pinch thyme – a pinch salt, pepper – to taste Pelmeni-style dumplings stuffing: beef minced – 60 dag yolks – 2 pcs. broth – 50 ml garlic – 6 cloves onion – 1 pc. butter – 5 dag salt, ground pepper – to taste dough: wheat flour type 500 – 0.5 kg salt – a pinch oil – 50 ml warm water – approx. 1 glass serve with: broth – 0.5 l butter – 1 tablespoon vinegar – to taste parsley or: sour cream – 4 tablespoons spring onion – 1 bunch
