The Caminito del Rey is an impressive hiking trail in Andalusia that winds along steep rock faces through the gorge of the Guadalhorce River. The campsite offers pitches in the middle of an idyllic natural setting and is just a few minutes from the northern entrance to the Caminito. After a restful night in the motorhome, visitors can easily reach the starting point on foot or by shuttle bus. The hike itself impresses with spectacular views and leads over hanging walkways and a breathtaking suspension bridge. Anyone planning the trip should reserve tickets for the Caminito in advance, as the number of visitors is limited. However, we try it without tickets and can still experience the hike.
