INGREDIENTS TO MAKE RICE PUDDING: 3 cups of rice 1 can of evaporated milk 2 cans of condensed milk 1/2 gallon of whole milk 2 cinnamon sticks A little sugar (optional) (cinnamon powder optional) INGREDIENTS TO MAKE FLOUR TORTILLAS: 2 cups of flour (I used Selecta brand) 1/3 cup of vegetable shortening at room temperature A little more than 1/2 cup of warm water Extra flour for sprinkling Oil for frying and sugar for sprinkling (add cinnamon, optional) FOR THE OPTION OF EMPANADAS WITH ALREADY-MADE FLOUR TORTILLAS YOU ONLY NEED THE THIN BAGGED FLOUR TORTILLAS AND AN EGG WHITE…THE REST IS THE SAME.
