Bawaslu stated that it is currently investigating the video to determine whether there were any election violations or not. Bawaslu RI Chairman Rahmat Bagja in a press conference at the Bawaslu Media Center, Central Jakarta, Wednesday (11/13) said that his party is open to summoning a number of related parties. Including President Prabowo, but with a note if elements of violation are found. In addition, Bawaslu is also considering summoning experts to review legal norms related to the campaign. If there are no violations, then the investigation into this support video will be stopped and reported as a result of supervision. Bawaslu refers to the Constitutional Court Decision Number 52 of 2024 which allows state officials, including the president, to participate in the campaign with certain conditions. The conditions in question are not using office facilities, except for security and taking leave outside the state's responsibility. This search is targeted to be completed within seven days.
