Mix 4 spoons of water into 670g of glutinous rice flour and sift once. 5. Add all of the prepared chestnuts, dried persimmons, and beans to the glutinous rice flour and mix. 6. Place a cotton cloth in a steamer and place the reserved chestnuts, dried persimmons, and beans. Top with the mixed glutinous rice flour. 8. Steam for 40-50 minutes. (Mix once in between.)
