????️ L-glutamine: The all-rounder for rapid regeneration Supply yourself with L-glutamine now ???? https://naturesan.at/naehrstoffe/amin... If you would like to find out more about amino acids, you can watch the full YouTube video here: ???? • Proteins & amino acids ???????? Dr. rer. na... In the videos I introduce you to the amino acid L-glutamine and show you what you need it for and when it is necessary to supplement it. ★ What is L-glutamine and what is it good for? L-glutamine is a non-essential amino acid. We actually absorb it through food ????. However, there are situations where the need may be increased. We all have L-glutamine stored in our muscles. It is the most common amino acid. Up to 70% of the L-glutamine that we absorb is needed in the gastrointestinal tract so that our intestinal mucous membranes can be formed. The amino acid L-glutamine therefore plays a central role in our stomach and intestinal health. If someone has gastritis or intestinal problems, L-glutamine plays a central role in enabling us to close the intestines and build healthy mucous membranes. If you have chronic stress ????, your cortisol level increases and cortisol uses up more L-glutamine. Long periods of stress also cause your muscles to break down. ????♂️➡️ Top athletes who are always under stress can benefit from supplementing with L-glutamine ????♂️➡️. If you have exercise-induced asthma, the lung mucous membranes are affected and you need L-glutamine. If you suffer from lung problems ????, you need L-glutamine. The requirement can vary. If you have an infection, the protein requirement - especially L-glutamine - increases significantly. L-glutamine is also a "fuel" for our heart, for the liver and, above all, for the gastrointestinal tract.❗️Many people with intestinal problems take far too little of a probiotic and for too short a time and this does not work because they do not change their diet properly because they do not receive the right advice. Glutamine is also very important for our immune system, especially in the case of infections. Our acid-base balance also benefits from it. Glutamine can also cross the blood-brain barrier and supplies our brain with energy. If someone has problems, it is not enough to take capsules with 200mg L-glutamine. If there is too little L-glutamine, it is buffered in the intestine ???? and it does not get to where it is needed. The requirement can vary between 0.5 - 0.7g/kg body weight. If you want to take L-glutamine to protect your intestines, I always recommend taking 10 - 20g/day divided over several weeks. L-glutamine is the best intestinal remedy. Without it, intestinal cleansing makes no sense. It also makes you more stress tolerant. ???? Check it out and see if it's an option for you. Get in touch with us! Your Mag. Dr. rer. nat.
