Hello Permaprendiz, in today's video I'm going to share information with you on how to choose a good plot, lot or land, depending on what they call it in your area. They are a series of #TIPS that were very useful to us in choosing the area where to move and the size of the lot... I assume that the papers of the lots are correct and that you are going to acquire something with the corresponding legal advice, so we will focus on the technical aspects. We are going to talk about the measurements, orientation, shape, roads, runoff and much more, honestly a video like this would have been very useful to me a few years ago and here I bring it to you. I invite the community to make their contributions in the comments since in a 16-minute video I cannot address all the requirements but I feel that the most important ones are there. Below is our Vision: To live integrated with nature, in a healthy and well-oriented house, with land and water to be able to grow our food, respecting and caring for the Earth, animals and plants. Educating our children in this respect for life, accompanying them in the learning process at their own pace, giving them tools so that they can build their own path and be able to find their vocation in life. Dedicating ourselves to the practice and dissemination of Permaculture, as a path of personal development and as the main method in our work, cultivating hospitality and friendship in our relationships. The story mentioned: Once upon a time, there was an old man who spent his days sitting by a well at the entrance of a town. One day, a young man approached him and asked him: - I have never been to these places. What are the inhabitants of this city like? The old man answered him with another question: - What were the inhabitants of the city from which you come? The young man answered: - Selfish and evil, that is why I was glad to have left there. Well, the inhabitants of this city are also like that, selfish and evil, the old man answered. A little later, another young man approached the old man and asked him the same question: - I am arriving at this place. What are the people of this town like? The old man answered him again with the same question: - What were the people of the town you came from like? - They were kind, generous, hospitable and hard-working. I had so many friends that it was hard for me to part with them. - The people of this town are like that too - answered the old man. A man who had taken his animals to the well to drink water and who had heard the conversation, as soon as the young man had gone away, said to the old man: - How can you give two completely different answers to the same question asked by two people? - Look - he answered - Each one carries the universe in his heart. Those who have not found anything good in their past will not find it here either. On the other hand, those who had friends in their town will also find loyal and faithful friends here. Because people are what they find in themselves; they always find what they expect to find. And the videos mentioned: Microtunnel: • ???? How to make a MICROTUNEL / GOODBYE H... Beyond the years of experience in #HolisticPermaculture, I still consider myself a Permaprendiz, in fact I see it as a necessary condition to be able to move forward in life and in our project #SendelaColina However, being a #Permaprendiz has nothing to do with going through life looking for a teacher, eh!, nothing like that enlightened being that will help us along the way, but rather it is about looking for a peer, someone to trust and let ourselves be influenced by and share our points of view. The beauty of being a permaprendiz is that it is not a permanent state but rather a balance, like when Facu shares something of interest to me, I listen to him and do the practice that he suggests without questioning, since I recognize and value that IT WAS HE who dedicated his time to researching what he proposes to me. I invite you to be permaprendices :)
