Recipe for 4-6 large desserts or around 10 small glasses - Thermomix® TM6, TM5, TM31: for the chocolate sauce: 80 g brown sugar 80 g white sugar 50 g baking cocoa 1 pinch of salt 100 g water 50 g cream 1 tsp vanilla paste for the cream: 250 g cream Seeds of a vanilla pod (see recommendation list further down for the best pods in the world... seriously) 250 g Greek yoghurt 50 g icing sugar Additionally: 4 bananas 3 tbsp flaked almonds 8 chocolate cookies or American chocolate chip (break into pieces) Weigh 80 g brown sugar, 80 g white sugar, 50 g baking cocoa, 1 pinch of salt, 100 g water and 50 g cream into the mixing bowl. 6 minutes / 100°C / level 1 Add 1 tsp vanilla paste. 3 minutes / 90°C / level 3 Pour into a sterile bottle and leave to cool. Then store in the fridge. Rinse the mixing bowl. Roast 3 tbsp of flaked almonds in a fat-free pan and leave to cool. Beat 250 g of cream with the pulp of a vanilla pod until stiff and place in the fridge. Do not throw away the empty vanilla pod. Store it in an airtight container (test tube) and roast it together with the other vanilla pods when making vanilla sugar (recipe: • Best vanilla sugar ever and ...). Put 2 chopped bananas, 50 g of icing sugar and 250 g of Greek yoghurt into the mixing bowl. 25 seconds / level 3 Add to the cream and mix well with the spatula. Slice the last 2 bananas and now layer them in the dessert glasses: first cookie pieces, cream, bananas, almonds and start again from the beginning. Finally pour over the chocolate sauce and finish with cookie pieces and a few flaked almonds. TIP. The chocolate sauce also goes well with cheesecake, over ice cream, in coffee or hot milk.
