Sometimes I eat 2500 kcal, and sometimes 1600 and thanks to that I have peace of mind and tummy, because I eat adequately to my needs and the day! That day I counted calories for the needs of the movie, but I will only estimate the whole day more or less, because I don't know exactly how many calories are in movie theater popcorn, because it can vary. However, I used the estimation in my app and it turned out that I ate that day: TOTAL: +/- 1961kcal 102g protein approx. 72g fat and approx. 213g carbohydrates ????BREAKFAST ???? 35g millet 25g protein 35g soy yogurt 18g peanut butter 80g blueberries + pomegranate 3g cocoa substitute and 3g hemp seeds for decoration ????
