The Resuscitation series of programs tells about unique operations of Kuban doctors. Each program is a separate story of salvation. A resident of Novokubansk was taken to the regional clinical hospital after a serious accident. The man has a severe brain contusion and a severe cervical spine injury, the patient's head is literally torn off the neck. With such injuries, patients most often die, but if they are lucky enough to survive, they remain disabled for life. Neurosurgeon Igor Basankin decided to perform a unique operation, after which the patient was able to lead a full life. The Resuscitation program will show how Kuban doctors managed not only to save the man's life, but also get him back on his feet.
