Early voting in the second round of Seimas elections begins - during it, 63 MPs will be elected in single-mandate constituencies. In the second round, 37 social democrats, 33 conservatives, 13 members of the party "Nemunas ausra", 10 democrats "Vardan Lietuvos" and 10 "peasants", 9 liberals and several representatives of other parties are participating. After celebrating their victory in the first round of elections, the Social Democrats agreed to form a center-left ruling majority with peasants and representatives of the democratic union "Vardan Lietuvos".
