Neringa Municipality has increased the entrance fees to the Curonian Spit National Park since this year. In July-August, the entrance fee will cost 50 euros. With the transfer, this trip will cost about 80 euros. One of the reasons why this was done is the lack of parking spaces. Nevertheless, the transfer by ferry is free for everyone who has declared their place of residence in Neringa, it is subsidized by all taxpayers. In 2024, it cost taxpayers 4 million euros. Is this right? Or should it be so? Discussed by: Neringa Municipality Mayor Darius Jasaitis, Member of the Seimas Simonas Gentvilas, independent journalist, author of historical books Mindaugas Milinis, President of the Lithuanian Drivers' Union Dr. Vigilijus Sadauskas. The show is hosted by Aurimas Perednis.
