On the morning of December 28th, a fire broke out along the Sanyo Shinkansen line, temporarily suspending service on both lines between Shin-Osaka Station and Hiroshima Station. Service has resumed, but some trains are delayed. According to JR West, a fire broke out in a building along the Sanyo Shinkansen line in Bizen City, Okayama Prefecture, at around 6:30 a.m. on the 28th. As a result, service was suspended on both lines between Shin-Osaka Station and Hiroshima Station from before 7 a.m., but service resumed just after 8 a.m. At Shin-Osaka Station, which is crowded with people returning home...
