The Ninth Symphony is a testament to the victory of the final chapter of Beethoven's life as such a man." Please enjoy the heroic sound and joyful performance. ■ About the Orchestra The Soka Renaissance Vanguard celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2024 since it was named "Soka Renaissance Vanguard" by Ikeda Sensei (the third president of Soka Gakkai) on March 22, 1994. We practice every day to give courage and hope to those around us through marching. In 2024, they won the Grand Prix "Prime Minister's Award" for the 18th time at the 52nd "National Marching Band Competition", the most ever, and won the Japan Cup for the 20th time, the most ever. In 2023, they will perform at the "Tomiya Marching Festival" at the invitation of Tomiya City, Miyagi Prefecture. They also hold the "Bonds of Hope" concert in Izumi Ward, Sendai City and Iwanuma City, and perform at many events and parades in various places every year.
