A lecture by literary critic and writer Rostyslav Semkiv on why classics are always relevant and how to read classics during wartime. This meeting was the seventh in the new season of lectures — a series of events with cultural figures, which is being worked on by "Texture" — a reading promotion program implemented by the "Warm City" platform. From the spring of 2022 to May 2024, the program operated under the name "Read". The recording was made thanks to the support of the charitable organization "Renovabis" in Ukraine. The views of the "Warm City" team may not coincide with the opinions of the speakers expressed at our events.
