Put 300 g flour, 10 g baking powder and 1 tsp salt in the mixing bowl. 15 seconds / level 4 Add 90 g olive oil, 90 g milk and 125 g quark. 3 minutes / dough level Grease a baking pan with a higher edge (see recommendation list below) with baking release agent. Roll out the dough evenly and prick it several times with a fork to prevent bubbles from forming. Rinse the mixing bowl. For the topping, dice 2 red peppers and 1 small zucchini.
