Strazmaq Registration Product: QTA MG6001 TRI 110/220V 80AC1. The Automatic Transfer Panel in this video is widely applicable to 30KVA Three-Phase Power Generator and consists of an Electrical Control Panel used in the Automation of Generator Sets that interconnects the User's installed load to an emergency and alternative energy system. This Panel receives on one side the Power Concessionaire GRID and on the other a Power Generator (with combustion engine - usually Diesel), where in the absence of any Phase of the GRID, it starts the starting process of a Generator Set (Generator + Combustion engine); if the Generator parameters are in order, it starts to “feed” (supply energy) the installed load (LOAD OUTPUT of the Panel). The Panel is equipped with a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) called USCA MG6001, which controls the system's actions automatically, reading all the system components and acting according to the current STATUS. This MG6001 module performs 3 basic functions: Automatic Transfer, Monitoring and Protection; it reads electrical quantities from the GRID and Power Generator and from the Generator's devices (sensors), and protects the system if it finds any anomaly, predetermined in the Device's parameterization. The Panel follows the assembly principle seeking quality and safety in operation. The main components are: Magnetic Switches, Selector Switches, Emergency Button, Sonarme, Signaling Light, PLC, Floating Plate, Internet Communication Module, Fuse Terminals, Insulator Pin and Power Terminals. Among the various features, the Remote Monitoring System through the Supervisory System via the Internet, called STZ-MCNET, stands out, where by connecting a network cable via the Internet (RJ45 connector) the data is collected and sent to a remote server, which stores all the information and presents it on a “user-friendly screen” of a Supervisory System, which can be viewed through graphs and even download the data from the bank for later consultation.
