Here finally comes my favorite Qigong exercise. Activate - drain - ground - clean - replenish This combination of different elements is a valuable exercise if you want to consciously return to yourself after stressful situations or if you want to prepare yourself for challenging situations. I use this exercise to start my seminars and workshops and also for singing bowl meditation. The exercise takes you out of your everyday life and leads you to peace and gives you new strength and energy.
