We invite you to another live Q&A. This time we will talk with Prof. Robert Kasperski about Theodoric the Great. Prof. Robert Kasperski is a historian associated with the Institute of History of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Warsaw. He is particularly interested in the history of historiography and the history and ethnic identity of the so-called barbarian peoples, including the Goths, Heruli and Franks. He devoted two books to these issues, one of which concerned Theodoric the Great - the king of the Ostrogoths from the Amal dynasty, considered one of the most powerful rulers of the early Middle Ages. It is about him and his state that we will talk next Wednesday in the next online meeting from the series "In the early days it was...".
