The year 2025 brings a special invitation to the people of God: to be a child and an adult in the Kingdom of God at the same time. This prophetic message calls us to combine childlike trust, joy and dependence with spiritual wisdom, responsibility and perseverance. Being a child in the Kingdom of God means standing before God with a pure heart, unshakable trust and wonder. It calls us to open ourselves to God's guidance like children, full of joy and openness. Being an adult in the spirit, on the other hand, requires maturity: responsibility for our spiritual life, discernment and the ability to live steadfastly and in service. Spiritual maturity means growing in faith and strengthening others. The challenge of 2025 is to live these two attitudes synchronously. Like a tree whose roots are anchored in the love of God and whose branches bear the fruits of maturity, we are called to grow both in depth and in height. We can enter into God's rest, put our trust in his finished work and enjoy the fruits he produces through us. This unity of childlikeness and maturity shows the world how the Kingdom of God becomes alive and transformative. The year 2025 is a time to enter into this spiritual dynamic with an open heart and firm faith. Let us be ready to be led by God so that we become a witness of His glory in dependence and responsibility.
