Welcome back from behind the prison gates, or more precisely, the Świdnica Detention Centre. In this episode, you will see how participants of the "Dog in Prison" project learn how to cooperate with a dog, but also with each other. We will start with a few questions to check their basic knowledge about where you can meet working dogs and what are the signals of stress in dogs. See how they did! There will also be exercises with Rita - a short-haired German Shepherd from the so-called utility line. The prisoners will have several challenges, such as motor coordination. We will show you how to use yourself in the exercises - the participants will act as training aids. There will also be an important element, which is playing with the dog, but also relaxing it after finishing work. In the second part of the classes, the prisoners will take part in a breathing session using the Wim Hof technique.
