Boiling down mushrooms The year 2022 is a year of floods there is more than enough of almost everything that can be processed into fruits. There are also what feels like tons of forest and meadow mushrooms. We love walks in nature, it does us so much good. Just switch off, enjoy the peace and quiet and breathe fresh air. Incidentally, this year our basket was filled within minutes. No matter whether it was porcini mushrooms, chestnut mushrooms, sand boletes, cow's boletes, witches, blood chanterelles, tufted russula, various medicinal mushrooms. There was SO MUCH of everything that all supplies could be replenished. But just drying, mushroom seasoning for pasta, medicinal mushroom powder? That's far too little for us! That's why here is a great recipe for boiling down the mushrooms, which you can use for many dishes. Now all that's left for us to do is wish YOU lots of fun collecting (please only if you know what you're doing!!!) and processing. We'd be delighted to receive criticism, suggestions, subscriptions and of course likes See you soon Your KrObstGart Our recipe for YOU: • Approx. 2 kg fresh mushrooms • 2 l water • 2 tbsp salt Boil for 60 minutes at 100 °C Automatic preserving machine*: https://amzn.eu/d/c8Gtk1p Glass lifter*: https://amzn.eu/d/d8HdLjT Twist-off jars*: https://amzn.eu/d/fm0ekEV ————————————————————————— The links marked with * are so-called affiliate links.
