We all need a prayer path to have our time with God and be able to pray 1 hour a day. So what is a path? It is a road, instructions or steps that we must follow to reach a final point. Luke 14: 28 - 29 To get a job position, to study, to a dream, but also to preach we need a path. Traditional preaching path: 1) Observe the passage 2) Interpret the passage 3) Apply to people's lives Contemporary preaching path 1) Personal experience 2) Give the Bible, 3) Apply the teaching to daily life 4) Inspiring to do it, because we count the fruit that it has produced in the preacher's life. Matthew 6:7 / And when you pray, do not babble for the sake of babbling as the Gentiles do, for they think that they will be heard for their many words. We should not repeat prayers over and over again, Jesus tells us that we can communicate with God using our words, not with prayers, that is why He gives us a path (or steps) to pray through the Lord's Prayer: Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name, thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. Forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors.
